I walked into a freezing room with a shower that smelled worse than my gym socks. after waiting forever for my room to be ready, I was baffled that no complimentary upgrade was offered, because obviously, I deserved it. I almost gave a good review, but I just couldn't.

Friendly staff added value to our visit while the clean and comfortable atmosphere made it pleasant.

The staff was so friendly. and the location truly can't be beat for the price. The room was accessible from the main hallway, making it convenient after a long day outdoors. I particularly enjoyed the basic breakfast options like oatmeal and boiled eggs.

However, I wished there were a few more choices for breakfast, and the shower could have been a smidge warmer.

I showed up an hour post check-in, but the room wasn’t ready, which threw my schedule off a bit since I wanted to explore the town. The room I booked wasn’t available, and all king rooms were booked despite still being listed as available during my reservation. The TV connectivity was spotty, leading me to use my phone to stream, which isn’t ideal when you're hoping to relax in a mountain setting.

The location was fantastic for our family. we took advantage of the nearby ski spots and discovered some beautiful trails for cycling. My elderly parents appreciated the friendly staff who made our stay comfortable and welcoming.
